38% rise in Xbox sales bolsters 'record' MS revenues

16 Comments Microsoft has reported a "record" $16.9 billion in revenue for its Q1 fiscal 2011, which ended September 30.

That's a whopping 25% increase over the same period last year and that's thanks, in part, to the successes in MS' Xbox division this year.
