It's not yet 100% official, but Capcom's not-so-subtle teaser pretty much confirms it. Haggar can be clearly seen on a monitor in a picture of the Capcom office, released by the firm as part of its Halloween party photo album.
As fans were quick to spot, Haggar looks to be hanging out in Servbot's MvC3 environment, and on the right you can just see the edge of another screen which clearly shows Haggar's elbow. Add him to the list, we reckon. And who do you think'll be in there next?
